1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety, opened e-liquids, vape pods, and disposable vapes cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. Faulty Products
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or store credit.
3. Process
To request a return, email [info@maskkingvapes.co.za] with your order number and reason. Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected. Refunds will exclude original shipping fees and may take up to 5–7 working days.
